[1]The correct respondent is Weston’s Bakery Limited.[2]The claims against the second respondent (Christine Weston) and third respondent (Patrick Weston) are dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claims that she is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment, notice pay and in respect of accrued untaken holiday pay are well founded and all succeed.[4]The first respondent (Weston’s Bakery Limited) is ordered to pay the claimant the following:4.1 A statutory redundancy payment of £4,259.184.2 Notice pay in the sum of £2,096.544.3 Holiday pay in the sum of £465.75
