JUDGMENT
[1]Upon full reasons being given at the hearing, the Claimant succeeds in his claims in respect of the non-payment of the short fall of wages (pursuant to s13 Employment Rights Act 1996).[2]Compensation is awarded as follows:2.1 Reinstatement of the subsidy for accommodation expenses, which was deducted from the Claimant’s wages on 10 June 2018 - £100.002.2 The short-fall in the Claimant’s wages in respect to work at the Nestle Sudbury site - £858.75*2.3 Unpaid holiday pay (in accordance with the Respondent’s computation) at £729.83* Total - £1,688.58 Case Number: 3200242/2019 *These figures are calculated gross, so there may be a deduction for tax and national insurance, as appropriate
