JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract based of the non- and/or late provision of accommodation is dismissed as one falling outside the Tribunal’s jurisdiction.[2]The Claimant was constructively and unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[3]The Respondent shall pay compensation to the Claimant for unfair dismissal of £25,875 calculated as follows:3.1 A basic award of £2,375; and3.2 A compensatory award of £23,500 (including future loss).[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant costs of £1,200 in respect of the issue and hearing fees paid by him to the Tribunal.[5]The recoupment provisions do not apply.
