The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 18th June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant did not reply to the Tribunals letter dated 28th April 2021, nor did they attend the telephone hearing listed on the 19th May 2022 and provided no explanation for their nonattendance and did not comply with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27th May 2022. It has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing fixed for 1st August 2022 and the final hearing fixed for 18-20 August 2023 will not take place.
