REMEDY JUDGMENT Notice pay = 1 week’s wages = £12 x 48 = £576.00 12 hours deducted from last wage = £12 x 12 = £144.00 40 hours overtime worked in last week = £12 x 40 = £480 107 hours as outstanding holiday = £12 x 107 = £1,284 Total amount = £576 + £144 + 480 + £1,284 = £2,484 The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2,484.00.
