JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £6,981.75.[2]There remains a dispute between the parties as to whether further notice or wages payments are owing to the Claimant amounting to £4,822.84, which dispute will be heard at a final hearing on 15 May 2024.REASONS
[1]This claim for breach of contract (notice pay), unpaid wages and other payment was presented on 24 January 2024. The Claimant was employed from 18 July 2022 until 10 November 2023. The Claimant claims £11, 804.59.[2]By its response the Respondent has admitted that it owes the Claimant unpaid wages of £6,981.75. On the basis of that admission, I have therefore given judgment for this amount today.[3]The remaining dispute between the parties will be heard at a final hearing. I have made separate orders for preparation of this hearing to be effective. I make a declaration that there was such a failure.
