[1]Pursuant to Rule 22 I have considered there is sufficient material before me to make a determination. The complaint of untaken accrued holiday outstanding as at termination of employment is well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay to the Claimant £4,310.29 (calculation appended).[3]The claim of unlawful deduction of wages in relation to late salary and expenses is not well-founded and does not succeed.[4]The complaint of breach of contract for expenses the Respondent agreed to reimburse her is well-founded. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant £342.10. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant a total of £4,652.39
