JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent has made an unauthorised deduction of wages by failing to pay him 10% commission in respect of work brought in by the claimant for the year ending December 2020 is struck out because a tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it. The claim is not dismissed because the tribunal believes that to issue such a judgment would not be in the interests of justice.[2]The claimant withdrew his claim that the respondent has failed to pay a bonus for the year ending December 2021, as set out in his employment contract, and this part of the claim is dismissed. .
