The complaint of Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Payment is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 1 March 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Payment should not be struck out because:1.1 the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 1 March 2022 and1.2 because the Claimant does not have 2 years length of service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints of Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Payment is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim remains listed for hearing on 15 July 2022.[1]By a letter dated 1 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• it has no reasonable prospect of success.• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 20 May 2022.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 15 July 2022 will not take place.
