JUDGMENT
[1]All the Claimants attended the hearing in person, apart from Mrs J Golder and Ms Danica Brewster, who I was told were unaware of any requirement to attend, and of the importance of doing so; and who are both currently engaged in alternative employment. The Tribunal orders the First Respondent to pay her £177.14.[2]Mrs Golder’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The Tribunal orders the First Respondent to pay her £879.20.[3]Mrs Golder’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment succeeds. The Tribunal orders the First Respondent to pay her £1,318.80.[4]The total sum payable to Mrs Golder is £2375.14.[5]Miss Brewster’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages (unpaid wages) succeeds. The Tribunal orders the First Respondent to pay her £491.24.[8]The total sum payable to Miss Brewster is £2066.22.[9]All payments shall be paid gross. The Claimants will be liable in respect of any tax due on these sums.
