JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The name of the Respondent is amended to Stuart Inns Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation). The Respondent having failed to present an ET3 response to the claim by 11 March 2019 the Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of his gross salary for the month of December 2018 and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £2333.33.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of 15 days’ holiday pay to which he was entitled and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £960.[3]Any liability for tax on these sums lie with the Claimant.
