[1]By an order dated 11th August 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to explain why she did not attend the hearing on 11th August 2022 and to make representations on a possible strike out for a failure to pursue her claim. She was given until 25th August 2022 to do so.[2]The claimant has failed to respond or to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 5-7 July 2023 will not take place.
