JUDGMENT

[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant’s claim to have been presented within three months of the termination of her employment on 9 April 2018, and the claim presented to the Tribunal on 13 January 2019 was presented within a reasonable time thereafter. The Tribunal therefore has jurisdiction to hear and determine the Claimant’s claim.[2]The Respondent owes the Claimant the sum of £2,030 representing unpaid wages, and the Respondent is ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant forthwith.
