[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to Notice Pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £423.07 which is the gross sum. The Respondent is responsible for deducting and paying any tax or National Insurance at source.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £180.82 (6 days holiday accrued less 3 days holiday taken) which is the gross sum.
