JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was engaged by the Respondent as a worker within the definition in section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in that it failed to pay him in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and it is ordered to pay him £2253.93.[3]The Respondent’s response had no reasonable prospects of success. It is ordered to pay the Claimant costs of £990 which includes the issue and hearing fees.
