JUDGMENT

[1]Ms Marks’s claim is dismissed upon withdrawal[2]The remaining claimants’ complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages are well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimants’ wages in the period 16th January 2023 to 23rd January 2024.[3]The respondent shall pay Ms Vlaicu £7,725.54 which is the gross sum deducted. Ms Vlaicu is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[4]The respondent shall pay Mr Toth £5,833.10 which is the gross sum deducted. Mr Toth is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Case Numbers: 3200080/2024, 3200081/2024 3200082/2024, 3200083/2024 and 3200084/2024[5]The respondent shall pay Ms Srutova £1,571.30 which is the gross sum deducted. Ms Srutova is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[6]The respondent shall pay Ms Bieganowska £1,883.96 which is the gross sum deducted.
