The judgment of the Tribunal is that: - The claimant’s complaints of discriminatory conduct by the respondent from 30 April until 6 August 2018 are dismissed as out of time under Section 123 of the Employment Act 2010, in circumstances where there is no clear discernible continuing act, and where it is not just an equitable to extend time for the claims to be heard. Case Number: 3200061/2019 3200070/2019 3200071/2019 The remaining discrimination claims arising from 12 September 2018 to 5 February 2019 are struck out under Rule 37 (1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals Rules Procedure 2013 on the ground that they have no reasonable prospect of success. That therefore concludes the entire tribunal proceedings.
