JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of discrimination on the grounds of marital status or civil partnership, for unpaid wages and for notice pay, (breach of contract) succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 2.1. In respect of unpaid wages, £3234.23; 2.2. In respect of notice pay, 2,667.28.[3]The remedy to which the Claimant is entitled in respect of his discrimination claim shall be determined at the hearing on 14 May 2018.[1]At the Hearing of 14 May 2018, the Claimant withdrew his complaint of discrimination on the grounds of his marriage and/or civil partnership, pursuant to Section 8 of the Equality Act 2010. This element of his claim is now dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]As Judgment was given on 18 April 2018 in respect of the Claimant’s unpaid wages and also in respect of the Claimant’s notice pay, there being no further issues outstanding, the case is now concluded.
