[1]By letters dated 8th February and 27th May 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done.
