The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 26 June 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because she did not have the necessary minimum service under section 108 Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant was required to provide reasons by 15 July 2024.[2]The claimant responded to say that it had been a mistake on her part.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal.[4]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal will be listed for a hearing.
