Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,143.77[2]The Claimant was dismissed without payment of notice. His statutory entitlement was two weeks and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £708.28[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £903.85[4]The Claimant’s dismissal was procedurally unfair. The Claimant would have been dismissed fairly in any event after two weeks and the Claimant is awarded compensation in the sum of £708.28
