JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:-(1) The complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay a redundancy payment are dismissed on withdrawal.(2) The complaint of breach of contract is well-founded.(3) The complaint of failure to pay accrued holiday pay under Regulations 13, 13A and 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded.(4) The Respondent do pay the Claimant £1048.32 comprising of:4.1 £582.40 damages for breach of contract; 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 3200007/20184.2 £465.92 net (£582.40 gross) in respect of holiday pay outstanding at the termination of her employment
