JUDGMENT
On the day of the hearing the parties told the Tribunal that they had agreed terms of settlement of all of the remaining claims in the case subject only to formal conciliation by ACAS and that the claimant had agreed, upon conciliation by ACAS, they would withdraw their claims and agree to their dismissal. Therefore, with the parties’ consent, the Tribunal unanimously orders that[1]The case is adjourned until 28 days after the Tribunal sends this order to the parties; and[2]If neither party applies for the case to be relisted within those 28 days, then all the remaining claims in this case will be dismissed without further order on the basis that the claimant has withdrawn them.[3]Any future hearing in this case is cancelled.
