JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of breach of contract in respect of notice succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £4,387.32.

[2]The claim for a statutory redundancy payment succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £13,250.

[3]The claim for statutory compensation for unused annual leave under regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant compensation for accrued by untaken annual leave in the sum of £1,165.
