JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed, it having been presented out of time and it having been reasonable practicable to have presented it within time.[2]The claim of age discrimination is automatically dismissed for noncompliance with the Unless Order made on 8 March 2021.[3]In the alternative, had it not been so dismissed, then the claim of age discrimination is in any event dismissed, it being out of time and it not being just and equitable in all the circumstances to extend time.[4]The claims relating to race discrimination are dismissed, them having been presented out of time, it not being just and equitable and in all the circumstances to extend time. Case Number: 2604147/2020[5]For the avoidance of doubt, that means that all the claims presented by the Claimant to the Tribunal are dismissed.
