JUDGMENT

The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows:-[1]All of the Claimant’s Claims of disability discrimination are out of time but that pursuant to section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 it would be just and equitable to extend time so as to permit those claims to proceed.[2]As to the Claims of breach of contract, namely a failure to uplift salary following a probationary period and a failure to pay bonus, it was not reasonably practicable to bring such claims within the statutory period and further the period within which the Claim were brought was reasonable.[3]Thus, all of the Claimant’s claims are permitted to proceed.
