The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay three deposits totaling £3,000.00 following a preliminary hearing held by video in the Midlands (East) Region on 20 April 2021. The Order was dated 9 May 2021 and was sent to the claimant on 12 May 2021. The last date for the claimant to pay was either 31 May or 3 June 2021. The claimant has failed to pay the deposits or any of them, by either date, or at all. As the deposit orders covered the whole of the claimant’s remaining claim, that claim is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for January 2022 will not take place.
