[1]By a letter dated 13 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it appeared that the Claimant was not employed for two years or more.[2]The Claimant was required to reply by no later than 27 November 2020[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why her complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out.[4]The claimant’s remaining claim of an unlawful deduction of wages remains listed for hearing on 19 March 2021.
