JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of direct race discrimination and harassment based on the protected characteristic of race are both dismissed.[2]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed but contributed to her dismissal. The Claimant’s compensation shall be reduced by 50% in respect of both the basic and compensatory awards by reason of her contributory conduct.[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract.[4]The issue of remedy is adjourned to Friday 17 June 2022 at 10.00am at the Nottingham Justice Centre. Case management orders in respect of the remedy hearing are given separately.
