[1]The claim of constructive unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds and the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant a basic award in the sum of £1,118.34.[2]The complaint for unpaid notice pay is well founded and succeeds and the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £745.56.[3]The claim for unpaid holiday succeeds in part to the extent that the Claimant was entitled to a further two days accrued holiday pay and the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £99.00 less any tax and national insurance payments due on that amount.
