Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21(1) The respondent dismissed the claimant without notice or pay in lieu and must pay the claimant £3,600 in damages for breach of contract.(2) The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and the respondent must pay him £3,600 in redundancy pay.(3) The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for accrued holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant compensation of £1,200.(4) The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £8,400.00
