JUDGMENT
[1]Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21(1) The respondent failed in breach of contract to give the claimant notice of dismissal or pay him in lieu of notice and must pay him £1053.36 as damages for breach of contract.(2) The respondent failed to pay the claimant compensation for accrued but untaken holiday and must pay him £700.(3) The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay him £226, being the amount of those deductions.(4) The respondent dismissed the claimant by reason of redundancy and must pay him £8532 as a statutory redundancy payment.(5) The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant is £10,511.36 Employment Judge Camp 08 January 2021
