JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows:-[1]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1,507.52.[2]In respect of the failure to provide written particulars of employment pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the claim succeeds and in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the higher amount is awarded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £430.72.[3]The claim for a failure to pay notice pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in the sum of £99.02.[4]In total therefore the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,037.26.
