[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal brought by Mr MacLean and Mr Onn are dismissed on the basis that the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[2]Fitness Space (Franchise) Ltd (company number 08959181) is added as an additional respondent to the remaining complaints brought by all three Claimants.[3]Those remaining complaints will be considered at a Final Hearing.[4]Case Management Orders will be issued separately.
