[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £672.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of two weeks’ notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £100.24 which has been calculated as follows: £575.24 (two weeks’ net pay) less the following amounts that the Respondent was entitled to deduct from the Claimant’s final wages: £130 – Penalty Charge Notice; and £345 - overpayment of 6 days’ holiday pay Total damages: £100.24 Page 1 of 2 Case No: 2603569/2019 - V
