Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £486.03[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,890.32[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,667.48 The hearing listed on 29 April 2020 is cancelled.[1]The complaint that the Respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.[2]The Employment Judge makes a Protective Award in respect of all the Claimants named on the schedule attached this judgment, all of whom were employed at the Respondents premises at Eastfield Side, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. NG17 4JW, who were dismissed on or after 20 September 2019 and the Respondent is ordered to pay to those employees’ remuneration for a protective period of 90 days beginning on 20 September 2019.
