After hearing from the parties and considering the evidence The Tribunal declares that[1]The effective date of termination was 30 June 2021[2]The claimant was not presented within 3 months of the effective date of termination and so is out of time.[3]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present it in time.[4]The claimant in any case failed to present in such time thereafter as was reasonably practicable And so the Tribunal orders that the claim is dismissed because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.
