Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £261.78, being the amount of the deductions made.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £384.42.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £544.33.[4]When these proceedings were begun, the respondent was in breach of the obligation to provide a statement of employment particulars and must pay the claimant £1536.00, being 4 weeks’ pay.[5]Total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is: £2726.53[6]The hearing listed on 07/01/2021 is cancelled.
