JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction of wages from the Claimant in respect of unpaid holiday pay. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £1,051.00.[2]The Respondent is in breach of contract for failing to give proper notice of termination of contract. The ordered to pay to the Claimant £210.00 as damages for breach of contract.[3]The complaint as to a redundancy payment is dismissed Covid-19 statement: This was a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being hear remotely. The form of remote hearing was V – video. It was not practicable to hold a face-to-face hearing because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
