JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of an unlawful deduction of wages has been presented out of time but it was not reasonably practicable to bring it in time. The Claimant brought her claim within a further period that was reasonable. The time for bringing the complaint is therefore extended to enable the claim to proceed.[2]The case shall be listed for a further preliminary hearing by CVP with a time estimate of 2 hours to identify the issues, give case management directions and list the case for a final hearing. The date of the preliminary hearing will be fixed in due course.
