The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 15 December 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the Claimant does not have the two-year period of qualifying service to bring a claim for unfair dismissal and therefore it appears to have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has made representations in writing but has not identified any exception to the two-year rule.[3]The claim for unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.
