JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed. The claimant had less than 2 years continuous service at the effective date of termination as required by s.155 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed. The claimant had less than 2 years continuous service at the effective date of termination as required by s.108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the claimant was not dismissed for a reason which falls within s.108(2), (3), (4) or (5) of the Employment Rights Act 1996
