JUDGMENT
The claimant having failed to comply with the orders of the Employment Tribunal dated 2 June 2021 for exchange and filing of witness statements and having failed then to attend the final hearing on the 3 November 2021, it is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal to strike out all the claimant’s claims in these proceedings on the grounds that he has failed to actively pursue such claims, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1.
