[1]The complaint of unpaid holiday pay is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The complaints of unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and failure to receive a redundancy payment are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The respondent admits liability in respect of the unlawful deductions from wages complaint. Consequently, the respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £771, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.
