JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows:-[1]The first Respondents are dismissed from the action because they were not the employer.[2]Ms Thomas’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of a failure to pay the national minimum wage succeeds by consent and the second Respondents are ordered to pay to Ms Thomas the sum of £1,273.00.[3]The second element of Ms Thomas’s claim in respect of unlawful deduction from wages as to an alleged variation of her contract of employment which increased her hours fails and is dismissed.
