[1]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract is well founded.[2]The respondent do pay the claimant notice pay owed in the sum of £377.83.[3]Pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 the Tribunal makes an award equivalent to 2 weeks’ pay for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1007.56.
