JUDGMENT

The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows: -[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice pay and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £958.90.[2]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,438.35.[3]The Claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of pension contributions and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £481.59.[4]The Claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of commission and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,262.15.[5]The Claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction of wages in that the Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with a company vehicle and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,350.00[6]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £3,508.45. The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
