The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claims of unfair dismissal, pregnancy related discrimination and unauthorized deductions from wages are well-founded and succeed. The Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the Claimant:[1]A compensatory award for loss of earnings in the sum of £22,292.29 net;[2]Unauthorised deductions from wages in the sum of £340 net;[3]Compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £5,000; and[4]Interest in the sum of £2,266.30.
