Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21(1) The claim was issued in the Midlands (East) Employment Tribunals on 15 November 2021 and was sent to the respondent, to its Friar Lane, Leicester address, on 22 November 2021. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.(2) The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay her £1,259.73, being the amount of those deductions.(3) The hearing listed to take place on 11 March 2022 is cancelled. 13 January 2022
