EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2602848/2022
Mr P GrantClaimantSecretary of State for JusticeRespondent
Employment Judge M ButlerMr T Kirk (instructed by Counsel) for respondentDate 23 June 2023

JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Employment Judge is that the claims are struck out as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them because:[1]The claim of unfair dismissal was presented outside the time limit provided by section 111(2)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable to have presented it in time;[2]The claim of disability discrimination was presented outside the time limit provided by section 123(1)(a) and it is not just and equitable to extend time for presentation.
